Workout of the Day (WOD)

Monday 4/13/15

Congratulations to Robert B. for taking and completing the CrossFit Level 1 Course this weekend.  Robert has been doing CrossFit for about 4 years and has really threw himself into learning as much as he could about himself, fitness and CrossFit.  This was another step in his journey, congrats and I'm happy you had a great weekend with the course.

Back squat
7 Sets of 4 Reps @80-85%+ your 1RM

WOD:
3 Rounds
10 Ring Dips
15 Push Press (Mx 75/55, Rx 95/65, FB 135/95)
