We have regular classes all weekend including Easter Sunday.  Coach Shogun is excited to run his regular Sunday 11:30am class so get your workout in.

Farmers Carry
3x100m (If it rains we will do this indoors, use Kettlebells)

WOD:
9 Minute AMRAP
10 Thrusters (Mx 75/55, Rx 95/65, FB 115/75)
15/10 Push-Ups
20 Lunges (each leg = 1)
