30 Minute AMRAP
After each run complete 2 rounds of the following
20 Lunges (each leg = 1)
20 Double Unders
Example: 1 full round would be when you complete a 400m run, 5 pull-ups, 20 lunges, 20 double unders, 5 pull-ups, 20 lunges, 20 double unders, then start with the run again.
