Workout of the Day (WOD)

Thursday 4/23/15 "New things are coming"

Hey everyone, I wanted to let you know we will be having some construction / maintenance work done on the gym starting next week.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during that time but it is necessary in order to continue to provide you with the best place to workout.

More specifically, we will be adding some new structures to better organize our gear, updating a few odds and ends, repairing the floor and, as we do every year, cycling in some new gear.  

Also, we will be putting a suggestion box in the front office so we can hear from you on what you want to see in the gym.  This includes everything from workouts, gear, retail items, to just general ideas and suggestions all around.  While we have an open door policy and always encourage everyone to let us know their thoughts, suggestions, and comments at anytime, we realize that when an idea hits, you may not always remember to say something later.

We have an amazing community at CrossFit Interbay so we want to do everything we can to continue to evolve our space to make it better, keep our workouts fresh and exciting and all around provide you with a place you enjoy being at.
