Strength:
OH Squat (newer people front squat)
3 sets of 5 reps

WOD:
18 Minute EMOM
1st Minute
SDHP  (75/55, Mx 10 reps, Rx 15 reps, Fb 15 reps)
2nd Minute
Pull-Ups (Mx 10 reps, Rx 12 reps, Fb 15 Reps)
3rd Minute
Burpees (Mx 10 reps, Rx 12 reps, Fb 15 reps)
