Workout of the Day (WOD)

The West CrossFit Regionals are this weekend at the Tacoma Dome, many of us will be out there to cheer on friends so if you want to pop in, let us know we will be there.

We will have our regular classes all weekend too.

Strength/Skills:  
3 rounds for efficiency
10 Strict toes to bar
20 second L sit on Rings or Parallettes
20 Hollow Rocks

WOD:
12 Minute AMRAP
10 Hang Power Snatch (Mx 75/55, Rx 95/65)
20 Wall Balls (20/14)

12 Minute AMRAP
5 Hang Power Snatch (135/85)
25 Wall Balls (20/14)
