Burpees (Mx 9, Rx 12, FB 15...Still scale down or up as needed so this is challenging. Make sure you have 15-20 seconds rest for at least the first 6 rounds, then you can have less rest as you get closer to finish)
50 Sit-Ups or 25 V-Ups or 25 Toes to Bar (Dealers Choice)
**Note: We will have pull-ups in the WOD on Thursday so protect your hands if you choose to do Toes to Bar.
