With it being so nice outside today--and hopefully the rest of the week, make sure we are getting outside and soaking up that Vitamin D!  Is it nice enough to start the Drinks in the front of the gym after class?  It's the only time Budweiser with lime tastes good :-)

Strength:
Deadlift
Set 1 - 8 reps @ 60% 1RM
Set 2 - 8 reps @ 65% 1RM
Set 3 - 8 reps @ 70% 1RM
Set 4 - 8 reps @ 75% 1RM
