Workout of the Day (WOD)

Monday 6/15/15

Congratulations to Coach Shea, he competed in a powerlifting competition in Oregon this past weekend and set 3, yes 3 state records in one meet for his weight division (165).  Coach Shea wound up finishing with a deadlift 554 pounds, bench press of 264 pounds and back squat of 447 pounds.  Big weekend and he not only won the competition and set 3 records but he's poised for a big showing at Nationals coming up.  Kick Butt Shea and we are proud of you.
