Workout of the Day (WOD)

Congratulations to Innes, Kendal, Robert and Ali for competing in their first Olympic lifting competition this past weekend.  They each did great and hit Pr's everywhere.  That's the goal, try new sports and get out of your comfort zone.

Strength:
20-30 minutes to establish a 1RM back Squat

WOD
2 Rounds (Rx+ 3 Rounds)
50 Wall Balls (20/14)
25 Burpees
