I'm loving the Pr's over the previous few days.  Let's take a day off from 1RM's and have fun in today's workout.

Strength: core
Floor Wipers w/ Barbell, 5 sets of 10 reps

WOD:
4 Rounds
800m Run
30 Push Press (75/55)
20 Lunges (each leg = 1)
