Friday is 1RM Clean and Jerk
Every 8 minutes, for 24 minutes (3 sets) of:
1k Row or 800m Run
20 Push Press (Mx 95/65, Rx 115/75 lbs, Rx+ 125)
*Push yourself and see how fast you can complete each set. The quicker you finish it, the more rest you have until the next round.
