Workout of the Day (WOD)

Friday 6/5/15

Reminder:  Saturday's workouts are WOD in the Park.  Go to the Lawton Elementary School and we will be at the top of the hill near the baseball field.  Classes are kids 8:15am, regular 9 & 10am.  See you there.

2nd.  The co-ed CrossFit Interbay co-ed Softball Team will have their first game at Field 3 in Magnolia, game time is noon.  Even if you're not playing, feel free to come out and say hi.

Shoulder Press
Set 1 – 6 Reps @ 75%
Set 2 – 6 Reps @ 80%
Set 3 – 4 Reps @ 85%
Set 4 – 3 Reps @ 90%
Set 5 – 2 Reps @ 95%
Set 6 – 6 Reps @ 75%

WOD:
5 Rounds
400m Run
Wall Balls (20/14.  Mx/Rx 20 reps, Fb 30 reps)
Cash out
V-Ups (Mx/Rx 60 Reps, FB 100 Reps)
