Workout of the Day (WOD)

Wednesday 7/15/15

Congratulations to Tanner and Coach Shea, they were on a team together this past weekend competing in the Best of the NW.  Their team was in 2nd place most of the day fighting for the top spot.  They wound up finishing 4th overall in the Fire Breather division which is still a sick finish in a very competitive field.  Great work.
