Workout of the Day (WOD)

Monday 7/20/15

Congratulations to Team CrossFit Interbay for finishing the 200 mile Ragnar Relay.  Everyone did great, amazing positive attitudes and it was a lot of fun.  I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm looking forward to doing this running event next year :-)  Let's plan ahead, if we get that much interest we will set up a couple of teams. 

Strength:  Thrusters 3x3x3x3

WOD:
9-7-5-3-1
Power Clean (Mx 135/95, Rx 185/105 FB 225/125+)
20 of one of the following after each round of Power Cleans (Mx Sit-Ups, Rx Hollow Rocks, FB V-Ups without letting your heels hit the ground in between reps, get to 6 inches from the ground and go into your next rep)

Jack Lalanne passed away a couple of years ago at 96 years old, he was a physical fitness icon.  Jack Lalanne was the godfather of fitness, preaching early on the importance of eating right and fitness.  He had a lot of good views on fitness that still ring true today.
