Back squat
Set 1 – 3 Reps @ 75%

Set 2 – 3 Reps @ 80%

Set 3 – 3 Reps @ 85%

Set 4 – 2 Reps @ 90%

Set 5 – 5 Reps @ 80%

Set 6 - 5 Reps @ 80%

Set 7 - 5 Reps @ 80%

WOD:
12 Minute AMRAP
400m Run
12 Pull-Ups (Rx+ C2B)
21 Double Unders
