Workout of the Day (WOD)

Wednesday is the first Wednesday of the month where we do a Hero WOD.  Do you know which one we will be doing?  I put a hint on our gyms Instagram yesterday, go look up CrossFit Interbay on Instagram or FaceBook to see what the hint is.

Strength:
Deadlift
Set 1 – 5 Reps @ 40%
Set 2 – 5 Reps @ 50%
Set 3 – 3 Reps at 60%
Set 4 – 5 Reps @ 75%
Set 5 – 3 Reps @ 85%
Set 6 – Max Reps @ 90%
 

WOD:
10 Minute AMRAP
5-10-15-20……
Box Jumps (24/20)
KB Lunges (55/35, each leg = 1)
