Important Yoga/YoMo Announcement. First, there is no more Wednesday Yoga. The complimentary weekday yoga is now Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:15 a.m. - 6 a.m. & 8:05 a.m. - 9:05 a.m.
Second, beginning at the end of September, Amanda will be offering a 7 class YoMo session which will run every other Sunday. The dates are set forth below and the time will be 9:00 a.m. - 10:15 a.m. This YoMo series will have an additional fee associated with it (please contact Erin for details or to sign up. These classes will be available to both members and non-members alike.
The Sunday class series will incorporate yoga asana with mobility work. Focus will vary from lifting movements to specific areas of the body.

Improve mental discipline with meditation

Many of our team competed at the Elysian Games yesterday, everyone did great at an absolutely amazing event. More details will be posted all week. Here are a couple of pictures from the event.
