Reminder to check the calendar because we have a modified schedule on Monday in recognition of Labor Day.  We have regular classes on Saturday and Sunday.

Strength:
Back Squat
Set 1 – 5 Reps @ 40%
Set 2 – 5 Reps @ 50%
Set 3 – 3 Reps at 60%
Set 4 – 5 Reps @ 75%
Set 5 – 3 Reps @ 85%
Set 6 – Max Reps @ 90%

WOD:
15 Minute AMRAP
5 Thrusters (Mx 75/55, Rx 95/65, FB 115/75)
10 SDHP (Mx 75/55, Rx 95/65, FB 115/75)
200m Run
*If you run out the door before the 15 minutes is up, finish the 200m run and count it.

I try not to push too many products but I think I want some Tradie Underwear.  This video is for the guys and the ladies :-)
