Congratulations to John for winning the 2015 CrossFit Interbay Fantasy Football League.  John said he didn't want to brag or rub it in anyone's face with how he "dominated" the league this year.  He did take these pictures and offered to hand them out to people, autographed, so you can have a true king of kings to hang on your wall.

Strength:
Shoulder Press
Set 1:  6 Reps @ 70% 1RM
Set 2: 4 Reps @ 80% 1RM
Set 3:  2 Reps @ 90% 1RM
Set 4: 1 Rep @ 95% 1RM
Set 5: 2 Reps @ 90% 1RM
Set 6: 4 Reps @ 80% 1RM
Set 7: 6 Reps @ 70% 1RM

WOD:
3 Rounds
30 Push Press (Mx 55/45, Rx 75/55, FB 95/65)
30 Lunges (each leg = 1)
30 Sit-Ups

John said this is the only song he is playing for the rest of this year.
