Workout of the Day (WOD)

You're going to hear about this a lot until the Open is over, but get registered.  We always kick off the CrossFit Open with a party and end it with a big celebration too.  It's a lot of fun and find new ways to push yourselves.  Register at games.crossfit.com and select team "CrossFit Interbay"

Strength:
Ring Dips
5 Sets of 3 reps (Use the smallest band or add weight to make all 3 reps challenging)

WOD:
10 Minute AMRAP
5 Power Cleans (Mx 95/65, Rx 135/95, Rx+ 155/105, FB 185/125)
10 Toes to Bar (Mx V-Ups)
15/8 Push-Ups

Post WOD:
Tabata Hollow Rocks

Wow after watching this trailer, I don't understand why Dumb and Dumber wasn't nominated for an Academy Award.
