Workout of the Day (WOD)

Megan is our resident expert on movement, mechanics, and mobility. Megan is now going to be available for personal mobility training.  Contact Erin or Beth to schedule, sessions are $35 for members. You may have seen her coaching class or beasting workouts, but if you are looking to improve in mobility, movement and mechanics, definitely reach out.
