Workout of the Day (WOD)

Friday 10/14/16

The storm may hit us Thursday and Friday but Saturday is our time to shine, so remember to be at our CrossFit Interbay 6 Year Anniversary party, from 7-midnight Saturday October 15th.  We rented a room that will provide some food and some open bar at Percy's in Ballard(Link to their website). We are excited to celebrate with each of you.

Keep checking our Instagram(@crossfitinterbay), FaceBook and Twitter(@cfinterbay) for updates on the gym in case the storm hits us so hard we have to cancel classes.  We are hoping it doesn't come to that.
