Workout of the Day (WOD)

Thank you to everyone with CrossFit Interbay for building and making our community so much fun. Erin, Beth, the rest of the coaches and I are very lucky.

Saturday night's 6 year anniversary party was a great success. For those that didn't make it, be sure to come out to our future events, they are always a lot of fun.
