Workout of the Day (WOD)

Monday 10/31/16 Happy Halloween

We will have our regular schedule today.  Come WOD in your Halloween Costume or at least with a little Halloween flair . . ....no candy. 

We will have some prizes for best and most outrageous costume.  The costumes will be judged at the end of the day by me, E and Beth.  The winner will receive a free swag bag 

- Those who wear a costume have their name in put a raffle for a gift certificate to a local restaurant plus smaller swag bag. (costume must be worn for the entire workout)
