Set 1 – 5 Reps 75%
Set 2 – 3 Reps 85%
Set 3 – 3 Reps 85%
Set 4 – 2 Reps 85-90%
Set 5 – 2 Reps 85-90%

WOD:
5 Rounds
10 Push Press (Mx 75/55, Rx 95/65, Rx+115/75, FB 135/95)
15 KB Swings (55/35, FB 70/45)

Post WOD (Optional)
3 Sets of 10 Reps Dumbbell Lateral Raises
3 Sets of 10 Reps Dumbbell Bent Over Lateral Raises
