WOD:
20 Front Squats (Mx 75, 55, Rx 95/65, RX+ 115/75, FB 135/95)
25 Sit-Ups
400m Run
20 Push Press (Same Barbell as Front Squats)
25 Sit-Ups
400m Run
20 Front Squats
25 Sit-Ups
400m Run
20 Push Press
25 Sit-Ups
