Workout of the Day (WOD)

Yes!!!! The 2016 Election is finally over so we can move on from the constant campaigning in the media and move forward with the country.  Now I'm writing this before the results are in, but I bet a sigh of relief has hit everyone.....so come in today workout and get your fitness back on track too :-) 

Strength:
Back Squats
3 Sets of 10 Reps @ 55-65+% 1RM

WOD:
One time through

50 Double Unders (Rx+ & FB 100 DU’s)
20 Ring Dips (Rx+ can choose Ring dips and Do FB Weight or do MU and do Rx weight, FB = 10 Ring Muscle ups + FB weight)
20 Power Clean & Jerks (Mx 95/65, Rx 135/95, FB 155/105)
20 Ring Dips (or MU from earlier in the WOD)
50 Double Unders (Rx+ & FB 100 Double unders)
