Strength/Skill:
15-20 Minutes build to a 1RM Clean & Jerk

Newer-Intermediate people do not go for a 1RM, find a challenging weight that you can keep good form and repeat that 5-8 times.

WOD:
3 Rounds
6 Deadlift (Mx 205/145, Rx 245/165, Rx+ 275/185, FB 225/205)
12 Box Jump Overs (24/20)
18 Toes to Bar
