Workout of the Day (WOD)

Tuesday 12/20/16

We received three Overhead Squat holiday picture submissions for our bingo tie breaker.

It was tough to decide a winner but we went with Jackie and Robert.  They braved the cold weather to go all over Seattle for some sweet OH Squat pictures.  Nicole & Beth and Andrew & Lauren had great submissions too, I will post their pictures over the next couple of days.
