Strength 1:
Front Squat
Work to a heavy 7 rep

Strength 2:
Shoulder Press
Work to a heavy 7 rep

WOD:
5 Rounds:
60 Double Unders
Work:Rest 1:1 (self timed)

Post Workout (Optional)
shoulder work
3 Sets of 10 Lateral Raises w/Dumbbells, go light and hold at the top for 1 second at each rep
3 Sets of 10 Front Plate raises w/10,15/25 or 45 plate.  slow and Controlled, hold at the top for 1 second for each rep
3 sets of 10 bent over lateral raises w/Dumbbells, go light and hold at the top for 1 second at each rep
