Workout of the Day (WOD)

How is the Holiday Bingo going?  I am adding a rule.  If you do the Saturday or Sunday class at CFIB then you can choose a day of the week to do one of the blocks from home.  So if you worked out Sunday but took Thursday off from coming in, then you can do a block of work from home on Thursday.  If you did Saturday and Sunday then take Tuesday and Thursday off from coming into the gym, then you can do two blocks at home. I'm trying to work with many people's schedules

Strength:
Back Squat
2 Sets of 5 Reps @ 75% 1RM
2 Sets of 3 Reps @ 85+% 1RM
2 Sets of 2 Reps @ 90+% 1RM

WOD:
3 Rounds
10 Bar Pull-Ups (C2B for Rx+ and FB)
10 Front Squats (Mx 75/55, Rx 95/65, Rx+ 125/85, FB 155/105)
10 Burpees
