Deadlift
2 Sets of 5 Reps @ 75% 1RM
2 Sets of 3 Reps @ 85+% 1RM
2 Sets of 2 Reps @ 90+% 1RM

WOD:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
KB Swings (55/35)
Lunges (R + L = 1, yes.......right leg and left leg = 1 rep)
V-Ups
