Workout of the Day (WOD)

Strength:
Shoulder Press
5 Sets of 4 Reps @ 75-85% 1RM

WOD:
4 Rounds
10 Push Press (Mx 75/55, Rx 95/65, Rx+ 115/75, FB 135/95, Awesome Sauce 155/105)
30 Double Unders
20 Medicine Ball Russian Twists (20/14, over and back is 1)
30 Double Unders

Post WOD:
3 Sets
Reverse Snow Angels 10-15 reps (use 2.5 pounds and 5 pound weights, go very light.  Slow and controlled).  If the weight is too much or is too heavy for 10-15 reps, do as many reps as you can then drop the weights and just finish the reps weightless as they demonstrate in the video.
*Rest as needed in between each round
