5 Sets of the following Barbell Complex.  Use moderate to heavy weight but without breaking in your form
1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Power Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Split Jerk

WOD:
3 Rounds
7 Power Cleans (Mx 115/75, Rx 155/105, Rx+ 185/125, FB 225/145)
21 Sit-Ups
