Strength:
Shoulder Press
Set 1 – 5 Reps 75%
Set 2 – 3 Reps 85%
Set 3 – 3 Reps 85%
Set 4 – 2 Reps 85-90%
Set 5 – 2 Reps 85-90%

WOD:
50 Double Unders (Rx+ and FB 75 Double Unders)
Then
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Push Press (Mx 75/55, Rx 95/65, Rx+ 115/75, FB 135/95)
Pull-Ups (Rx+ and FB C2B)
Then
50 Double Unders (Rx+ and FB 75 Double Unders)
