You're going to hear about this a lot until the Open is over, especially since it starts this month, but get registered.  We always kick off the CrossFit Open with a party and end it with a big celebration too.  It's a lot of fun and find new ways to push yourselves.  Register at games.crossfit.com and select team "CrossFit Interbay"

Strength:
Shoulder Press
4 Sets of 3 Reps @ 85% 1RM
Then
3 Sets of 10 Reps Dumbbell Shoulder Press

WOD:
2 Rounds
50 Wall Balls (20/14) (FB 75 Wall Balls)
30 Box Jumps/Step Ups (24/20) (FB 50 Box Jumps)
*18 Minute time cap
