Workout of the Day (WOD)

Coach Geoff squeezing in some weighted pull-ups while going for a walk in the Park.  He started out doing 22 pound weighted pull-ups.  One diaper change later, he's doing 21 pound weighted pull-ups.

Strength:
Front Squats
5 Sets of 5 Reps @ 75% 1RM

WOD:
3 Rounds

50 Double Unders
25 Toes to Bar (Mx V-Ups)
10 Clean and Jerks, (Mx 95/65, Rx 135/95 FB 165/110)
