Workout of the Day (WOD)

Monday 4/4/16

If you've wondered where Marissa has been in the evenings, she is off in Nicaragua with her school working with the local schools and kids.  She has been writing me asking for workouts since there is a small gym with some weights there.

Here is Marissa on her trip, we'll get more details when she returns.

I'm in shock with how many texts Erin, Beth and myself received asking if Fridays WOD was an April Fools joke.  Seriously, I'm not that type of guy, plus it would be too obvious.

Strength:
10 Minute EMOM
2 Front Squats on the minute @ 75-85% 1RM

WOD:
3 Rounds
10 Clean & Jerks (135/95)
25 V-Ups
50 Double Unders
