Strength:
Deadlift
5 Sets of 5 Reps @ 75% 1RM

WOD:
3 Rounds
400m Run
20 KB Swings (55/35)
20 Weighted Lunges w/KB (10 each leg, 55/35)

Post WOD Strength Optional:
3 Sets of Single leg deadlift 10 reps per leg with a KB in each hand - you choose weight
