Workout of the Day (WOD)

Those of you that are looking for extra training, we are going to have a Team Meeting this Saturday after the 10am class at the gym.   This is open to anyone, we will discuss working as a team, how we will cycle programming, not cherry picking extra work and getting together for group trainings where we can push each other further.  This is so we can keep each other accountable, push each other hard and have fun.  We will expect everyone that does this training to do a couple of competitions over this next year and prep you for the 2017 CrossFit Open.  Let's work hard and have some fun.  There is no additional cost for this.  

Strength:
Back Squat
7 Sets of 3 Reps @ 85% 1RM

WOD:
14 Minute AMRAP
10 Push Press (Mx 75/55, Rx 95/65, Rx+115/75, FB 135/95)
10 Ring Dips (or 6/3 Muscle Ups)
25 Sit-Ups
