Workout of the Day (WOD)

Tuesday 5/24/16

Did someone really ask if we were doing 2 Benchmark CrossFit workouts on Wednesday.............the answer is yes, yes we are doing 2 on Wednesday.

Strength:
20-30 Minutes establish a 1RM Back squat.  Use an experienced spotter
Newer people that have been training under 2 months do 5 sets of 3 reps back squat.  Let's hold off and get used to moving weights before going for a 1 rep.

WOD:
5 Rounds
12 Push Press (Mx 75/55, Rx 95/65, Rx+ 115/75, FB 135/95)
12 Burpees
