Workout of the Day (WOD)

Wednesday 5/25/16

There is no Yoga class on Thursday.

We will have regular classes on Saturday and Sunday, plus a modified schedule for Monday, Memorial Day.

Best picture, even though Brad is in China, that doesn't mean he's skipping workouts.  Attack those Overhead Squats.

WOD 1:
Double Unders
Sit-Ups (Your choice, butterfly or anchor your feet under dumbbells, have a person hold them or have another object support them)
*12 Minute time cap
**Go in one or two heats

WOD 2:
150 Wall Balls for time (20/14, Rx+25/16, FB 30/20)

*15 Minute time cap
