Congratulations to Ian on competing and kicking butt in  his Strong Man Competition this past weekend.  Below is a video of Ian in action.

Strength:
Back Squat
10 Sets of 2 Reps @ 80% 1RM  (rest 90 seconds to 2 mintues between sets, no longer) Newer people work with coaches on sets and rep schemes
Then
1 Set of 8 Reps @ 50% 1RM

WOD:
10 Minute AMRAP
10 V-Ups
10/7 Push-Ups
15 Air Squats
