When Andrew brought home his brand new Seattle Seahawks shirt, his dog Brady was so excited that the only thing to calm him down was for Brady to wear it.  

Awwwww a happy household.  Isn't Andrew and lauren's dog Brady just the cutest. (Yes, their dog is named after Tom Brady but Brady is still showing his love for the Seahawks)
 

Strength:
Shoulder Press
Set 1 - 3 Reps @ 75% 1RM
Set 2 - 3 Reps @ 80% 1RM
Set 3 - 3 Reps @ 85% 1RM
Set 4 - 3 Reps @ 85+% 1RM
Set 5 - Max Reps @ 85+% 1RM

WOD:
4 Rounds
15 push press (Mx 75/55, Rx 95/65, Rx+ 115/75)
15 Pull-Ups
25 Sit-Ups

Post WOD (Optional)
3 Sets of 10 Reps Bent over lateral raises
&
3 Sets of 8-10 Reps Arnold Presses

We are less than 40 days away from the 2016 Olympic Games.  This is by far my favorite sporting event and it's for many reasons.  You get many sports competing at once, most of the athletes are competing for the love of the sport and not for money, the best athletes in the world competing on the biggest stage in the world and because there are hundreds of stories like this in every Olympics.  Some of the most beautiful stories aren't who won the gold medal in a particular sport but how many of these athletes made it to the Olympic Games.
