New T-Shirts are in, we have multiple colors on all sizes.  We have the regular CFIB ones, the "It's Awful" ones in multiple colors and we have new womens Racer Back tanks.

Strength:
Shoulder Press
3 Sets of 10 Reps @ 65+% 1RM

And

3 Sets of 10 Ring Dips (Add weight or use the smallest band to make the 10 reps challenging)

WOD:
50 KB Swings (55/35)
25 Hand Release Push-Ups
40 KB Swings
20 Hand Release Push-Ups
30 KB Swings
15 Hand Release Push-Ups
20 KB Swings
10 Hand Release Push-Ups
10 KB Swings
5 Hand Release Push-Ups
