Workout of the Day (WOD)

Joey and Kristi had an amazing time at the 2016 CrossFit Games.  They hung out with our old friend and member Jon H. and also ran into Games competitor Jason Kalipa.

Strength:
Ring Dips
5 Sets of 3 Ring Dips:  30x1Use weight if doing the negatives are too easy and/or use the thinnest band possible to complete this strength.

WOD:
21-15-9
Deadlift (Mx 185/135, Rx 225/155, Rx+ 275/185, FB 315/205)
Box Jumps/Step Ups (Mx, Rx and Rx+ 24/20, FB 30/24)
