Strength:
Shoulder Press
Five sets of 4-5 reps
(as heavy as possible)

WOD:
40 KB Swings (55/35)
Then
3 Rounds
30 Lunges (each leg = 1, FB Pistols)

15 Push-Ups (Men Rx is Chest Clapping, Women Strict)
Then
40 KB Swings
