We have a busy weekend for the gym. Many members will be competing at the Elysian Games http://www.elysiangames.com/ so if you want to go cheer them on head out there.
Also we have a team competing in the Alpine Grind in Enumclaw, WA.
We will have our regular schedule on Saturday and Sunday but wish everyone luck who's competing. Work hard and have fun.
