Strength:
Back Squat
5 Sets of 4-5 Reps (as heavy as possible)

WOD:
7 Minute AMRAP
10 Power Snatch (Mx 65/45, Rx75/55)
5 Ring Dips

Post WOD: (Optional)
3 Sets of 8-10 reps per leg w/KB Straight leg Deadlift
